2500kVA 36kV Complete Transformer Test System Delivered

EPBZ series Transformer Test System is applied for ex-work and maintenance detecting on various transformers. It’s widely used in the fields of power supply and distribution, power transformer manufacturer, transformer maintenance center, industry and mining enterprises.

Application
This EPBZ-III Transformer Test System is applied on 2500kVA and below transformer no load test, load test, power frequency, inductive withstand voltage measuring and controlling.

-Output voltage: 6 kV, 11 kV, 24 kV, 36 kV
-Input: 380 V
-Impedance level: max. 4~8%

Test Items
1. Measurement of voltage ratio.
2. Measurement of winding resistance.
3. Measurement of Insulation resistance, absorption ratio, polarization index.
4. Measurement of No load loss and No load current.
5. Measurement of Load Loss and Impedance voltage.
6. Power Frequency Voltage Withstand test.
7. Induced overvoltage withstand test (DVDF).
8. Measurement of Temperature heat run.
