20000kVA 36kV EPBZ Automatic Power Transformer Testing Bench Delivered

The customized EPBZ-III transformer comprehensive testing bench can complete no-load tests, load tests, power frequency withstand voltage tests, short circuit impedance tests, induction withstand voltage tests, etc. for transformers with a voltage level of 36KV and a capacity of 20000kVA and below. The transformer test bench is controlled by three-phase four wire power supply and Pressure regulator power supply. During the test, the current can be monitored at any time. The full-automatic English operation software can switch the test items and store the test results.

Test Items
1. Measurement of voltage ratio and check phase displacement.
2. Measurement of winding resistance.
3. Measurement of No load loss and No load current percentage.
4. Measurement of Load Loss and Impedance voltage percentage.
5. Power Frequency Voltage Withstand test.
6. Induced overvoltage withstand test (DVDF).
7. Measurement of Temperature heat run.


Test console protection:
-No load test over-current protection
-Power frequency over-current protection.
-Zero start interlock with auto return of regulator to zero position.
-Separate ground fault safety circuit.
-External interlock provision.
-Emergency stop mushroom button.
